All services and content are subject to these Terms & Conditions. The services of Lindsay Hurte are for health promotion and well-being only and should not be viewed as therapy.
2. CLEARANCE TO EXERCISE
Illnesses, injuries or changes in the state of your health need to be reported to Lindsay Hurte before the training starts. By signing this waiver, you confirm that you are cleared for vigorous exercise, or have explained clearly your allowed limitations by your doctor, and that you understand the risks that exercise may entail. It is recommended that you have a medical check-up before starting your training if you have not done sport regularly for the last few years and / or if you have or have had general health issues.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All Personal Training sessions, Mobility Assessments and services must be paid in full in advance or on the day in cash, online or via bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Multiple session packages are personal and non-transferable, and expire within 3 months of purchase for 10x, and 6 months for 20x. In case of longer absence due to illness, accident, holidays or pregnancy, the package validity can be extended, if you notify Lindsay Hurte in a timely manner.
4. CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
The customer has the right to cancel a booked Personal Training session for free up until 10 pm the night before the start of the booked training. Cancellations on the day will be charged in full (unless of course due to medical emergency where a confirmation of medical services can be provided, or due to death/trauma in the family). Lindsay Hurte reserves the same right to cancel appointments, or at short notice in urgent/emergent cases. In such cases you will not be charged for your cancelled session.
5. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Lindsay Hurte will act in accordance of her profession and have your best interest in mind with all exercise recommendations and is not liable for any kind of damages and injuries incurred before, during or after a session. Appropriate insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Lindsay Hurte is not liable for any loss of, or damage to valuables.
6. SOCIAL MEDIA
Pictures and videos may be made and publicised during training sessions for business promotion. The client will always be informed before hand and given the opportunity to agree or disagree.
It is your responsibility to act in accordance of the rules of the gym and to take care of the equipment properly. Please put away all equipment after use to its appropriate place, and be sure to clean it with the necessary products if excessive sweat or blood come into contact with it.
8. GYM USE
You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before your session starts to warm up or mobilise, and to stay 15 minutes afterwards to cool down. Anything longer will require an open gym membership from the gym.
