mobility Training and education FOR YOUR TEAM
If you or your team are interested in learning about the method of mobility training I provide, which is largely based on the principles of Functional Range Conditioning, then I can provide a 3-hour session at your gym/facility for up to 10 people. Handouts will be provided and about half of the time will be theoretical, while the other half will be practical.
This is highly recommended for Crossfit/weightlifting coaches, yoga/pilates instructors, and physios/osteos, all of whom work with athletes with the primary goal of reducing or significantly decreasing the risk of injury while improving their usable range of motion. This is also highly recommended for any athlete, in any sport, seeking to learn more about their body and how they can improve the integrity of their joints and muscle functioning over time.
