Olympic weightlifting

For more intensive instruction regarding the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, I would recommend 4 2-hour sessions in small groups of 4. Two days will focus primarily on all things related to Snatch, including mobility requirements, terminology, execution and accessory movements to improve the snatch. The other 2 days will focus on all things related to the Clean & Jerk, also including mobility requirements, terminology, execution and accessory movements to improve the clean and jerk. This is highly recommended for new lifters or new Crossfitters that wish to strengthen their foundational knowledge, understanding and performance of these complex movements. For any group larger than 4 and up to 8, another experienced coach will be provided for more individualised attention. Feel free to contact me directly to arrange dates/times.
