Details:

Wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes. Showers and garderobe available with lockers. The duration of a session is 55-60 minutes and is tailored towards your current sport or fitness goals with consideration of past/current injuries and mobility/strength limitations. Feel free to arrive 10 minutes beforehand. 

 

Payment: 

Preferred method of payment is with cash or Twint, bank transfer also ok. Payment due prior to or on the day.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations on the day of the session will not be refunded. Please notify me by 10pm the night before if needing to reschedule or cancel.
